- Bumble Bee -

Bumble bees commonly build their hive in old burros and abandoned nest of other animals in the wild. They like the fluffy insulation of the animals nest to insulate their hive and help keep it warm. They are found in the ground and in structures attics in the insulation. They are normally a large bee but they can range in size from 1/4” to 1” long covered in fuzzy hair with black and yellow markings. One nest may have many different sizes of bumble bees.

  • Fee: The base price for this work is a two hour minimum charged at $250hr structural bee removal and $125hr for non structural (In Ground) bee removal plus materials if needed (normally between $25-50), plus drive time. On average standard infestations can usually be removed/relocated within the two hour minimum.

Upon inspection of property, estimates may change due to unforeseen difficulties.   No work will take place before a price is agreed upon.  Minimum fee charged for a home visit is $50 to cover time and expenses  even if upon inspection no work can be done.  Prices are based on a $225hr structural bee removal, $125hr non structural bee removal, $125hr contracting work and $60 an hour drive time from Martinez, CA for  billing.
